We are looking to revitalize our post, in both the building, and in what we do.  We are making some changes to have more impact via the programs we are supposed to be promoting and by involvement in our local community.

We need help by filling some of our empty post officer positions and in creating committees for our programs.  We also need help in running our Bingo nights.  Bingo is our main source of fundraising for the post, our programs and our donations.  If you have nothing to do on Monday and Friday nights, please consider helping us out.  We may also be looking at starting our own Queen of Hearts 50/50 raffle as well.  That will need people to help as well.

Please ensure your email address is up to date with us as we will be communicating with you via email.  We want to keep you informed in what we're doing and how you can get involved.  Your family as well.  We are looking to grow membership at the post, grow our Auxiliary unit, restart our Sons of the American legion squadron, grow our American Legion Riders (motorcycles) chapter.  We are also looking to start an Off-Road Riders program.  So, if you have a SxS or off-road vehicle and would like to go on trail rides with other American Legion family members, lets get this going!  Contact Vice Commander Steve Cain for more details.

Our Post is changing and we want you to be part of it.  Our Post is only as strong as our members allow it to be.  If no one participates then we won't survive.  We also don't want a select few to get burned out because they have to do everything.  The more that get involved, the less each has to do, so we hope you'll find a niche that appeals to you and can run with it.  Thank you!
